- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client objectives and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality events, ensuring all client requirements are met.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to maximize revenue.
- Prepare and present proposals, budgets, and timelines to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Mentor and guide junior account executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Female max 30 y.o.
- Bachelor`s degress in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the events industy.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile accounts and dekuvering exceptional client service.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Mirosoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
