  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality events, ensuring all client requirements are met.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare and present proposals, budgets, and timelines to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Mentor and guide junior account executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Female max 30 y.o.
  • Bachelor`s degress in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the events industy.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile accounts and dekuvering exceptional client service.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Mirosoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
